David Douglas Pool Offers Limited Membership

Coached practices are offered at the David Douglas High School pool Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 to 8:45 evenings. This is a great opportunity for triathletes, cross training and those who want fewer workouts.

$35.00 includes two practices per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and a pool pass to DD pool during public times.

It does not include workouts at Mt. Hood unless the DD pool is closed.

ORM Alert Postal Swims this weekend!!

Hey Gang,

Give Aubree and Mark a heads up if you are doing the postal this weekend. We will do it during the practice as the pool will be short course all weekend.

They want to start all together and sync the clocks so you have back up in case stop watch malfuntions cause its never the stopwatch operator LOL.aubree.gustafson@gmail.com or mark.braun@fnf.com good luck and see you Monday.

Hi All, just a quick thank you again to Val and Jim Jenkins for hosting a great Holiday Party!!

Practice again will be at DD this weekend Split format! (See above).

We will be doing 1 hour Postal next weekend Sun Jan 22nd and the following weekend Sun Jan 29th during practice in shallow end at Mt. Hood. I will not be here the 22nd so Aubree, Mark or Chip will handle I will be there the following weekend. Let me know if you want to do the Postal any other time during practice when its not long course we will fit it in.

ORM Holiday Party - Potluck, January 7, 2012

Hi All,

Its time for our annual Holiday Party!!

This will be a Elephant Gift Exchange Party as usual. This is where we all bring a funny or unusual gift of $10 or less that is wrapped. We draw numbers and then the fun begins! Awards will be given out and as always we will be donating canned foods or non perishables to Food Bank so bring a donation too.

Thanksgiving Practice / Links to Register for USMS

Hi Gang, Practices have been really great as of late keep up the good work!!

We will swim at Mt. Hood in the Dome on Thursday Thanksgiving 2011 at 9:30am to 11:00am ONLY NO DD or night practice, so put those turkeys in and get to practice:)

All other practices as normal. I am Thankful for you all. Have a great Holiday:)

Make sure you get Registered SOON for the new year with USMS this is a must for every team member (links in the below article)!!

Let's get fired up for the short course season

We will be pushing for team participation for the State Championships in April 13th through 15th at Hood River as defending champs!!! Make plans now:)
